Late Check-Out

Late check-out is available upon request. Please contact Reception to check availability. Additional charges may apply. A late check-out fee may apply if the property is not vacated by the property's scheduled departure time.

Identification

Upon arrival at your selected property, guests must present a valid Federal or State government-issued photo ID for security purposes. The reservation must be made in the name of the person checking in. In addition, the guest must also provide a credit card in the name of the photo ID.

Child Policy

Children sleep free on existing bedding, within the maximum allowed guests per room. If a roll away / cot / sofa bed is required charges will apply.

For the purposes of this clause “Child” or “Children” means a person or persons aged between 2 years and 17 years; “Infant” means a person under the age of 2 years; and “Adult” means a person aged 18 years or over. All ages will be determined from the date at which accommodation commenced. Children and Infants may not stay in any room without an Adult.

Damage and incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party.

Cleaning practices

• Cleaned with disinfectant
• High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (e.g. countertops, light switches, handles and taps)
• All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC
• Follows industry health association: COVID-19 Guidelines (WHO)
